Content Intelligence solutions can be used not only to acquire data from documents with any structure but also to anonymise sensitive data in the documents.
The system can permanently redact certain data, which means that they cannot be read by removing the layers.
In particular, during court proceedings, the court has to receive information included in the list of cases, which is appended to the debt assignment agreement. The law also requires removing the details of debtors that are not relevant to the particular case. The solution converts scanned lists of debts into many individual files containing information concerning a single case. A single case is a single row in the table with the list of cases. No other cases will be shown in the output document.
